Common

Connector won’t show tools after adding → remove and re-add it so your client re-fetches the manifest.
“not authorized: the Echo AI Council is operator-only” → your GitHub account is not on the operator allowlist.
A model answers “unavailable” → that model's browser session is down; try council_status and the other members.
